through the podcast, community conversations, and the growing commons, they explore how people make meaning, build community, and navigate a rapidly changing world.

Chloe

Chloe Hodson is a learning designer, educator, researcher, and thought partner who helps people create meaningful learning experiences. As a PhD candidate in Curriculum & Instruction, her research explores how care, dignity, and meaningful relationships shape learning and transformation.

Chloe has spent the past decade designing, facilitating, and researching learning across educational and community settings. She is drawn to the relationships between people, systems, and ideas, helping individuals and organizations bring greater clarity, coherence, and intention to work that matters deeply.

She does her best work in collaboration, strengthening what is already emerging and helping others turn meaningful ideas into transformative experiences.

Sam Stine is an end-of-life companion, educator, and founder of the Future Ancestors Project. Her work explores how we care for one another through aging, illness, grief, legacy, and the many transitions that shape a life.

Drawing from a background in healthcare systems and her own experiences navigating profound personal transformation, Sam helps people approach life’s biggest transitions with greater presence, clarity, and compassion. Through companionship, storytelling, advance care planning, and community education, she creates spaces where people can reflect on their lives, preserve what matters most, and imagine the legacy they hope to leave behind.

She believes that our willingness to face life’s endings can deepen our humanity, strengthen our relationships, and ultimately transform how we choose to live.
